Wear & Love is committed to make shopping fuss-free and enjoyable for you.

Kindly take a moment to read through the following terms & conditions prior to making your purchase.

Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms & conditions, have understood them, and have agreed to abide and adhere to them.

 Ordering / Delivery

• Wear & Love is unable to amend orders once they have been processed for delivery, please ensure that the correct size, colour and address have been inputted prior to making payment.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment.
• Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays (Singapore).
• All local postages will be bear by customers, unless stated otherwise. (eg: promotions)
• Registered mail (local) is available at an additional S$2.24 per package.
• Wear & Love is not responsible for any lost mail and strongly encourage all customers to opt for registered mail for ease of mind.
• For overseas shipment (outside Singapore), additional postage will be incurred. Postage cost will be informed to the customer accordingly once order is confirmed.
  

Payment

• Internet Banking / Bank Transfer - order(s) will be reserved for 12 hours upon receiving an invoice.
  We accept transfers from DBS/POSB/UOB.
  For ATM Transfers, please provide snap shot of receipt.
  
• Payment details have to be submitted via the email that is sent to you and all orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within this stipulated timeframe. Cancelled orders cannot be reversed and we will not be held liable if the payment details are not provided for within this timeframe.
• Wear & Love aims to verify all internet-banking payment efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide relevant details required to process her/ his order. Wear & Love will not be accountable for delays caused by incorrect/ insufficient payment details provided. In the event where we’re unable to verify payments, Wear & Love would require the assistance of the customer to process the order as quickly as we can.

Laundry Care

• Wear & Love strongly advise all customers to hand wash the apparels in mild detergent.
• Kindly remember to turn the item inside out before washing.
• Avoid using spin dry function, especially for delicate material such as lace or knitted wear.
• For apparels with two or more colours, please refrain from soaking them in water.
• Only low heat iron should be used on materials such as lace/chiffons/silk/polyester, etc…

Products / Sizing

• Colours of products may differ due to color calibration of individual's computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
• Kindly note that measurements may vary 0.5” to 1” (inches) as the apparels are mass manufactured. This is NOT considered as a manufacturing defect and no exchange will be entertained.

Exchange Policy

• Kindly check all apparels upon receipt of items.
• There is strictly NO returns.
• Any manufacturing defects should be advised to Wear & Love within 14 days from date of mailing. An exchange will be processed via mail/meetup.
• Only normal postage fees will be reimbursed.
• Customers should be responsible to ensure apparel is securely packed and a return address should be included on the parcel.
• In the event that the apparel is out of stock, store credits will be given. NO refunds will be given under any circumstances.
• Apparel MUST be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed to be eligible for exchange.
